About the job

We are looking for a Process Engineer Electronics who enjoys working close to production and testing. In this role, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining electronics production processes and supporting and maintaining electronic production test systems. You work independently, have an eye for detail, and are motivated to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and reliability.

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar
  • Familiarity with electronics production environments
  • Good knowledge of electronic components and assemblies
  • Some mechanical knowledge (fixtures, tooling, test setups)
  • Experience with or interest in production test systems
  • Familiar with C# and/or Python (for test automation, data analysis, or tooling)
  • Works independently and takes ownership of tasks
  • Detail-oriented with a structured way of working
  • Eager to learn and open to developing new skills
  • Strong interest in process improvement and problem solving
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English

What you will do

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain electronics production processes
  • Maintain and improve electronic production test setups
  • Analyze production and test data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Troubleshoot process, test, and product issues in cooperation with production and R&D
  • Support the introduction of new products into production
  • Document processes, test procedures, and improvements
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (quality, yield, efficiency)
